Ava really loves her Grandma and Grandpa. She gets very excited to go and visit them in Pleasanton, or when they come down here. She talks about it for days after. We were lucky Grandpa's back was feeling better because he was his playful self, entertaining Ava and being silly with her. On Saturday Afternoon, Grandma came outside to play with us and brought bubbles! Ava loved helping Grandma blow them.

lucky Ava got to sit on the table and put her feet up on Grandpa while she fed him salt from the salt dish (ewww)! He was so funny with her. I had to switch into video mode....
At the end of dinner Grandpa asked Ava to be his girlfriend and gave her his ring. He said "don't tell Grandma". ;) SO sweet, the two of them. I was my Grampy's girlfriend for a long time too. He says I still am even though I'm married to Brad now :)
