Oh, the sweetness of Easter morning, literally and metaphorically. Maybe Ava wasn't really ready for dying eggs, but she understood the easter bunny, for sure! Brad went to get her at 7am and brought her into bed with us this morning, and after cuddling and talking about our dreams, we asked her if she wanted to go downstairs to see if the easter bunny came. She said "yeeeaaaah" with the sweetest intonation, as if to say, yes, I would love to, what a great idea, mommy and daddy!
I LOVE this photo of her. One of the best I've ever gotten of her.
And below, what the Bunny left!!! And, apparently, there was more than one easter bunny becasue she also got a sand bucket and shovel with books and stuffed animals and a package from Boston too, hmmmmm?
She put in her hair bow from the Boston Easter bunny and dug right into her peeps. ahhh, SUGAR!
She shared with Grandpa and then......
SUGAR HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!
1st she tried to wrestle Gramps, but...
then he got her!
and tickled her!
how can you not smile when you see this one?
so silly!
what fun!
It was fun to watch and capture. The two of them have such a sweet relationship. Very special.

The first photo of Ava you took is amazing! Looks like she was having the best time. I can hear her laughter!
