Playing in my doll house
Ava's imagination grows with each passing day. Often times I find her in her room playing with her play mobile dollhouse. I think she likes it because the house offers many of the little idiosyncrasies of a home, like covers for the beds, flowers on the table, a back pack for the school-aged boy, a rocking cradle for the baby. It's so sweet to watch her play and to listen to what she is saying. She's playing out things that happen to her during the day. She puts the children to bed and says what I say to her when she goes to bed, she sits them all down at the table and they "eat" together. It's really very very sweet. I think the pictures capture some of my sentiment. On this day, she was so involved in her play she barely noticed that I was there.
